Learn about food traditions of the pre-Revolutionary era\, see spices and historic cookbooks from the 1700s\, and sample an 18th-century dish. Recipes will be provided to take home. \n\n\n\n\n\nFood samples will include an ingredient list. The library assumes no liability for food allergies or sensitivities.
