Colonial Cooking with Allyson Szabo
Join Allyson Szabo for an evening exploring the foods, spices, and cooking styles enjoyed in colonial New England. Learn about food traditions of the pre-Revolutionary era, see spices and historic cookbooks from the 1700s, and sample an 18th-century dish. Recipes will be provided to take home.
